WPT Commissioning App Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cypress Envirosystems’ (“we,”
“our,” or “us”) WPT Commissioning Tool (“App”), available on the Google Play Store. By
downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not
agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

1. License Grant

1.1. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-
transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a
mobile device that you own or control.
1.2. You may not sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create
derivative works based on the App, in whole or in part.

1. User Conduct
   2.1. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You will comply
   with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party policies while using the App.
   2.2. You will not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the
   App or its servers.
2. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is the sole property of [Your
Company/App Name] and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property
laws.
3.2. You acknowledge and agree that you have no right or license to use any trademarks, logos,
or other distinctive brand features of [Your Company/App Name] without our prior written
consent.

1. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at https://cypressenvirosystems.com/privacy-policy/ By
using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as
described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Updates and Modifications

5.1. We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. You
consent to the automatic updates of the App unless you choose to disable this feature.
5.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App, with or without
notice, at any time and for any reason.

1. Termination

6.1. We may terminate your access to the App, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion and
without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in any unauthorized or illegal activities.

6.2. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that would reasonably be expected to
survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and
limitations of liability, shall continue to apply.

1. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your
use or inability to use the App.
7.2. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness
of the App’s content and disclaim all liability arising from any reliance on such content.

1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
   California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising
   under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
   located in the State of California, United States.
2. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and such changes will be
effective upon posting the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after the
changes have been implemented will indicate your acceptance of the updated Terms.
